vibration when turning
Hello everyone, I recently bout a 97 cherokee completely stock, my problem is when im going over 10mph and im turning left around a corner i can feel and hear a vibration in the steering, it doesnt do it when i turn right at all, i also have a lot of play in my steering wheel. if someone could list off some things that could cause this so i can check them out I would appreciate it.
I do plan on buying a lift and other fun things i just want to make sure something in the steering isnt too messed up before i get into all that fun stuff.
thanks, Devin

No crystal ball here, but some things to check.
If it is a vibration with a set frequency then it is likely a rotating part:
1. Passenger side wheel hub (Left turn will highlight a right hub problem typically)
2. One or both front axle u-joints
3. Significant alignment issue (tire is scrubbing/hopping through the turn)
If it is a random vibration:
1. Check condition of sway bar frame bushings, end links, and link bushings
