Default Vibration in reverse and park

I'm stumped, I get vibration only in reverse and park at 1 to 1.5k and then it goes away. I replaced the motor and tranny mounts last summer so those are good. U joints check good as well. Any ideas? Thanks

The throttle body is clean as the iac and tps were replaced last summer as well. It idles perfectly fine, it just does it when throttle is at 1-1.5k which is odd.

I noticed a vibration at start up and was trying to track it down. I put it through each gear and it only does it in park and reverse at those rpms as stated. I can feel it backing up regularly, but its really noticeable at 1-1.5k for some reason. I'm not just sitting revving it up for nothing. I know no one backs up at those rpms but it shouldn't vibrate like that at all.

what? I back-up like that all the time and the only vibration I feel comes from the poor sap who was behind me!

Reverse launch at 2k is a pissa rush!!!

I know you changed motor and tranny mounts last year, but have you re-checked them?? We had chang the mounts in my daughters car about 2 times in the last 12 months, because we bough cheap ones, this os on a Mitsu Eclipse. no where near the stresses a XJ Sees, 3/4 the HP and les than 1/2 the torque.

I changed my exhaust manifold cause it was cracked and the vibration seems to have almost vanished.
