Default vibration????????

I have a vibration that starts around 40mph, I was thinking U-joints but I can feel the vibration in the steering wheel. Shouldn't I be feeling it in the shifter or somewhere towards the rear of the jeep instead of the front?

Default vibration??????

Well I bought this jeep about 6mths ago and it had a worn out set of 31x10.50 MTs on it. I found a sweet deal on a set of used tires and wheels and the vibe is still there.

I have a t case lowering kit, my truck is a 99 cherokee with a 3.5 inch rusty's lift and 33 inch tires,, and I feel wheel vibration between about 37 and 45 mph,,,, many have told me to check the front end,, as there is a plethora of things that could be loose!
