Default Valve seals and valve replacement questions

Hey y'all,
My 90 is running like a champ, but I can't shake a feeling that my valve seals are a little worse for warranty. I rebuilt the top end while doing the head gasket...maybe not a rebuild but most things were checked, cleaned, replaced as needed etc. That was back last year around novemberish.

I read alot of posts about valve seals as of late, and I'm going to try and do some winter-izing in the next couple weeks- Rad flush, fluid changes...I'm wondering how difficult is it to do the valve seals and put in new valves? To my knowledge I can only assume these are valves and seals since 170k miles ago, and they have been through atleast one blown head gasket. I figure id find out what km getting into before I decide if it's something I'm gonna try
