Exclamation Vacuum supply line HELP!!

On my '91 cherokee I can't figure out if I have to take out the whole dash to replace the vacuum line or if I can just do it below the dash.

The line broke right outside of the firewall, I don't know any other way of fixing it other than replacing it. A whole section broke off about 2 inches long, almost like it got cut. I don't know how it broke but any reccomendations will help, Thanks all

Can you get to both ends of the break? Is this rubber vacuum line, or the smaller hard plastic stuff?

If it's sticking out into the engine bay still, just splice it with some rubber vac hose.

I can get to it just behind the radio?

The whole piece broke off. It is basically flush with the firewall.

Can you carefully pull it out to the engine bay a bit with needle nose pliers? I've done that before.

Well what I ended up doing was taking apart the dash and getting the line pulled through enough to just put a little vacuum line connector on it. I hope it works good enough haha
