Drill it out and put a bolt through it with a lock nut on the inside , or drill it out and re tap with threads for a larger bolt .

Stripped, not broken...Heli-coil FTW. Pick 'em up at NAPA or any decent parts house.
Remember folks, the torque on the caliper bolts is only 120 INCH Pounds, that's 10 Foot Pounds.

so you stripped it where it threads in right? I welded a nut on the back side and just got a new bolt a little longer with a shank on it and put it in.

I did that too. But since welding a grade 8 bolt heats up the bolt and losses its strength. I re threaded the hole for a grade 8 bolt. I didn't know what grade the stock bolt was so I played it safe. No prob so far. If you don't have a tap or thread gage some cool shops will do it. Probably cause they know how much a good tap and die set costs.
