Upgrade to electronic speedometer in a renix

Upgrade to electronic speedometer in a renix
Is it possible to swap in a cluster with an electronic speedometer into a renix with the cable speedometer? I'd like to get away from cable speedo since my cable is falling apart which caused the whole thing to split into half. It is also impossible to find the cable for a non cruise control model. It will be going into my 88 comanche 4.0 already has full gauges. I already have to remove my dash harness to fix some wiring problems it has.
