Hi,
Some people think that the AC in a car makes the engine weak .... I mean using AC by time makes the engine weak ... Is this true ??

They probably were referring to the power absorption when it is on.

Default weak motor from AC?

Correct. the AC does not make your motor weak over time !. As stated above. you will loose some power while the AC is on. It is added drag. ever driven a 4 cly automatic car with the AC on ! lol , I had a mazda 626 . it had a lil AC button to turn it on and off. I called it my TURBO button. cuz when you turned if off it was like a boost of power ! lol .

You loose up to 7 horsepower when the compressor is running. It however does not affect engine longevity or gross horsepower.

lol...my dad (who is a jeep guy too), bought a brand new 96 XJ two door for his printing business, and he opted to just keep the standard 4 cyl in it....but it had the 5 speed manual and AC....well when the AC was on, even with the 5 spd, it had no passing power at all...he said he wished after that he had gone with the 6 cyl like he has in his YJ...

even in my 2dr straight 6 when i turn on the ac it loses a lot of power
