Default Treadwright Opinions...

Just bought a set of Treadwright 31x10.5R15 M/T-G's. Havent really heard anything about them good bad or indifferent, but couldnt pass up the price. I commute 30 miles one way to work on the interstate btw...

Whatdya guys think of them that have used them?

yeah. they just look similiar in tread pattern and use the original tire. they are Re-Treaded

what brand name carcasses did you get.
I plan on getting a set of them after my current BFG AT's wear out but I dont see that happening til maybe NEXT winter. this year the $$$$ goes towards getting the suspension back in trail ready form.

Just got them in the mail. They look ok, but im not thrilled about the melted rubber thats running down the side wall... Kinda looks like crap. The White letter side is ok, but the black side looks nasty. I hate raised white lettering btw...

I talked with Joel Hawkins of Tread Wright, on Thursday. They have the molds on order to make the new MTR lookalike treads for 33x12.50x15 tires. They should have 33s with the MTR lookalike tread, for sale, in May-June timeframe. I CAN'T WAIT TO ORDER MINE!!!

Interesting. I really want 35" KM2 ($230 ea. installed), but I may be tempted on these 33s and save loads of cash. But I am picky though, all casings need to match and good ones at that (BFG or MTR). I wonder how long the wait would be to get MTR casings?? Probably a good while.
