Agreed ^. IIRC, it's 3/8 fuel line that fits. I just did two 8" sections where both in and out somehow got mashed near my spring. Doing it all in flex line would take a bit of care routing all that. Gotta be good, or the Jeep won't go! (without fluid). I used two small clamps on each, mounted 180* apart to be double sure. (8 clamps for both splices)
