Default Transmission line connector

i was hoping i figured this out but i must be missing something, i put a new radiator in and the tranny cooler lines wouldnt come apart so i cut them and took the plastic pieces out of the end so all i needed was a new return line and 2 quick connects to hook back up, regular quick connects dont seem to hold ether line together very well so i searched the connector, found what one i thought was right because they had orings, now im confused thinking these are for the wrong end???

there is no hole for fluid i dont understand lol the regular fuel line connects feel like a shotty connection

Those connectors go to the transmission end. Since you went the cutting route, you need to just shove the cut line onto the radiator outlet. The PO did that on my 98 and I never could get it to not leak. I replaced it with a dorman line from Amazon (
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000E300Z8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000E300Z8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
) and has not leaked at all. If you do some searching, you'll see a alot of people use double hose clamps. I tried that too and still didn't keep it from leaking.

I used a variety of quick disconnect tools from Harbor Freight and all of them have worked fine on the transmission line disconnect. It's the plastoc piece sticking out of this (
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000E35W38/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000E35W38/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
). The large piece goes into the transmisison pan. The line goes through the connector you have. The orings go into the metal female piece. the plastic ears snap into place to hold the line into the transmission. If you ever have to remove those, they will most likely crack from age and heat.

one line goes in the bottom of the radiator (2nd pic) i need a connect that will snap onto hose (pic 3), then pic 5 needs a connect to snap those together, the other end of my new line in pic 5 has a fitting that screws on the radiator so that end is set. im not looking to hose clamp pic 5 or pic 2&3 there must be a connect for those i pulled an oring out of pic 5 so its not a regular fuel line connect, they snap in decent with those but are loose and pull back out i am still confused lol

Sorry, I misread about what you cut and missed that this was a 91. Appears to be different than my 98 and 99. Does the quick disconnect end have orings in it? That setup looks like you would put the orings into the quick connect female end, put the line into the black plastic piece (after removing the clear plastic insert) and then that seals into the quick connect metal part.

That is the correct Dorman part for the trans line to the oil cooler. The black part goes on the hardline on the radiator push it up until it's over the ridge. The green o-rings replace the ones in the end of the female connector on the flexible line from the trans. The white piece goes in the trash.

cool well i took the connect apart for the black piece and orings, i then realized some old plastic piece and the orings were still in the other end of the line it was hard to tell the way it looked because i torched the old clip out i was confused on how that connect would fit, they seem to snap in nice now glad i got those connects
