Transfer cases
I havent looked into this yet, but, will a 90 model cherokee NP231J directly bolt up to a 99 Wrangler? I think the output shafts are diffrent???
Any help would be great!

The output shaft is a 21 spline rather than the 23 spline the wrangler has. Also be aware that the Wranglers clocked the transfer case different than an XJ. You have to redrill mounting holes or get more creative.
