Transfer case question

Transfer case question
This is the t case out of my 1991 cherokee and i recently bought a new one this winter and it is the same 231 but as u can tell the output shafts are different
This is the one i purchased is it pretty easy to change the output shafts it is out of a 1996 cherokee any replys would help thanks
