Default Transfer case lowering kit

I am new to this jeep thing and am looking for some help on a recent problem I have ran into. I need to install a transfer case lowering kit, however the kit came with four bolts but on the tranfercase there are to bolts and two nuts on preset bolts. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to get the preset bolts out? Sorry if the wording is off, like I said, I'm new to this stuff.

put two nuts on the stud, tighten them against each other then lossen the stud from the weld nut inside the frame rail.

btw soak it with PB blaster or similar for days and maybe some heat to help

The jam-nut method didn't work for me, but PB and a pipe wrench spun them right out.

I sprayed the heck out of mine with PB Blaster, then used a pair of visegrips. Came right out!

I tack welded a nut onto it, then just used the impact and zapped it out. But vise-grips and some heat does a good job of it too.

I didn't have vice grips so I ground the threads off of two sides of the stud and used a big pipe wrench.
