I'm in central Illinois. I think I'm gona go with the 242 transfer case. What kind of aftermarket support are u talking about for the 231?

what are the advantages to full time vs part time 4 wheel drive? for off road purposes? i can get the 231 here in decatur where i live and i would have to have the 242 shipped to me at an extra $70
