Transfer case
Would a 1998 JK transfer case fit in a 1992 XJ?
Its a NP 232. I am not sure if they changed over the years.

1998 is a tj, and they are 231s. They should fit, but not positive. The spline count and shaft length could be different.

Maybe, depends on transmissions and/or how much rebuilding you'd like to do. The differences are here: http://www.novak-adapt.com/knowledge...nput_gears.htm
