Default tranny and transfer case question

I currently have a 95 xj. 4x4. The pervious owner blew the tranny and put in a 2wd tranny.i got the money together to swap it and found a doner car. My question is. Will the tranny transfer case and drive shsfts for a 1990 fit my 95 with out a problem?
