I know its been a few months, but what was the end results? I have the same issue and I gonna have to do the same thing.

 

im interested in what happened as well....its looking like i have the same issue on my 95 and need to replace some seals.

 

I ended up blowing out my pump seal. If the tranny is leaking in the same spot as mine then the best thing to do is drop it and look. There are a couple things that can blow out and the best way to know is by pulling it. Pump seal for me though. Very good learning experience.
