Its fixed. i cant believe what was wrong with it thank you all for your help. The plug for the TCU was not in all the way so it was not getting a good connection at all plug it back in took it for a test drive and everything worked great. man sometimes it is just the simple things people forget to check. i feel bad for the old owner 130 bucks and all it needed was to be plugged back in wow.
