Default Track Bar problem!

I am currently installing an adj track bar in my jeep and am having some difficulties with the bolt on the tie rod end. I have cut the bolt off of the old track bar so the bar is off, but the bolt has ceased up pretty good on the bracket. The nut and cotter pin is out and I have tried to drill out the bolt. I have the center drilled out but the outer shell of the bolt is too thick to drill and wayy to tough to drill. Any suggestions on how to get this out?? thanks!

Tie rod fork, pickle fork, and a hammer. Beat on it till it pops out.

Pull the bracket off.
Put the thing in a vice, top of bolt to the jaw and put a socket on the other side between the bracket and jaw, make sure the socket is big enough to allow the bolt to come out.
Tighten the vice as tight as you can.
Apply heat until she lets loose.

I feel your pain, I just did mine a few days ago.
