Hook a strap around the front axle and pull it , wont hurt a thing, don't pull on the sway bar they are thin and will bend. ��

I've pulled XJs out of mudholes by it before, not yanking on it but easy 4 low pulls. It's not ideal but gets the job done. He wanted to pull it up a short hill maybe 50 feet. That's a rolling load which is going to be far easier on it than a mudhole, Either way he's not moving it at this point just waiting on new owner to retrieve it.
