Im thinking of putting a place on the front bumper im building to attach a tow bar to so i can pull my jeep to the lake on weekends. Has anybody done this and how did it work out? if you have pics of how you did it that would be great.

 

While I was working at a fabrication shop I built a couple of tow bars for XJ's so they could be towed behind motor homes. One had a 3" lift and 31's the other XJ was stock. The owners said they worked great.

Sorry, I never thought to take pictures of them.

 

I think it will work out well i just want to see how it will fit in with a winch, lights, and d-ring tabs.
