Default Torque Conv. Not Locking Up

Last Friday the return hose for the tranny came off the radiator and dumped a bunch of fluid out. The vehicle was not driven very far on low fluid. I fixed the hose connection, topped off the fluid, and evrything worked well. Saturday morning the engine light came on so I had Autozone check the code. As I could tell from driving at highway speeds, the light came on because the TC wasn't locking up, even though the transmission control module was telling it to do so. Here's what I've tried so far:

Replaced the throttle position sensor. Ran a little smoother, but no fix for the tc lockup.

Adjusted the kick down cable on the throttle cam. It does downshift easier now but no difference on the tc not locking up.

Double-checked the fluid again, Dex/Mer right on the full mark.

Checked the three shift control solenoids in the tranny by measuring their resistance at the harness for the tcm. Apparently the #3 solenoid sometimes goes bad and can be the cause of the tc not locking up. All three were ok, or at least at the same ohms.

Overdrive and all other gears work perfect.

Thanks!

Sounds like you checked most everything. From your post I would be looking into that #3 Noid. It may be bad.

Torque converter lock up signal goes through the brake switch. Get your rig up to highway speeds and then lift the brake peddle with your foot while at 50+ MPH. If the TC locks up your RPMs will drop.

Well, thanks for the info guys, but last night the wife stopped at the store and when she came back out and started the Jeep the light went out. When she got home I tried driving it and sure enough the rpm's were back down around 1900 at 60mph where they belong. Not sure what happened, but I have a feeling something is starting to fail and I haven't heard the last of this problem....

Thanks again!

I need to do this.
Can you explain the procedure for this.
I do have anything that tells me what wires in the Plug to test.
