My list includes Tires and lighting as my primary. Lifts, Gears and lockers are at the bottom. Address the simple, most needed items first.

1. get your engine temps under control
2. locker for the front
3. locker for the rear
4. bumpers with GOOD recovery points
5. winch
6. recovery kit (straps, tree saver, hi-lift etc)
7. lighting
8. sliders and skids
9. unibody stiffeners
10. body armor
