On the NSS - Do as F1 said. Turn the key on and jump those two posts on the harness plug. If the reverse lights light up - you have a bad NSS.

Fan works when jumped... so would that be the coolant temperature sending unit? And the reverse light issue.... when i jump it... do i use the male part of the plug or female?

If the fan doesn't come on even when the ac is running, I'd doubt it's the coolant sensor. Maybe a fan relay? You've verified that the fan works. Work backwards from there. Wish I had a better answer for that.

Hey guys... hate to say this... but everything is fixed... and its all cause of stupid me!!! It was the ignition fuse in the PDC. I must have missed it when I checked the fuses the first time. But the windshield wipers was the circuit breaker fuse in the panel... thanks to the d!¢*head kids at the school auto shop who snapped the blades off the fuse... and hid it under my floor mat. And the weather here hasn't been the best.. and nobody had the fuse.. so I soldered really short pieces of wire to the posts and plugged it back in. It worked! Haha. Me and my redneck ways. Lol. Sorry for inconvenience
