Lately ive been noticing a lot of thing start to fail on my 95 xj. Right now my reverse lights dont work, along with my cruise control, windshield wipers, and my electric cooling fan. Was wondering if you have any solutions to the faulty and wiring failures.

The cruise control is ran by the vacuum bulb In the bumper. If your heater position switch is goofing up that could be your problem. Check your fuses, relays, power to the fuse box and power to relays. And don't forget the box under the hood. I hope this helps would be a good start and a excuse to fire up the multi meter. As for the reverse lights what does the bulbs and the sockets look like? And I know they are ran by a switch as we'll.

I would check the fuses and the switch for the reverse lights. I have no rev. Lights my sockets rotted out lol. I kinda wanna say possibly broke wire. But that may keep just one side from working. I think you have a fuse issue or that switch itself

I have checked all fuses... and the only switch for that is the neutral saftey switch.... and everything for that works except the lights.

No power on both sides. Everything else works back there. What about, my other issues? My main concern ATM is the electric fan... would that be ignition switch too?

Are you sure the fan isn't working? It's only supposed to come on if the ac is on, or if the coolant temp exceeds 217 degrees. You can unplug it and run power directly from the battery to it to test the motor itself.
Your reverse light problem is almost certainly a neutral safety switch. There is a write up here to remove and repair it (I followed the same write up to fix mine). Once you take it apart and see how the switch works, you'll understand why the other functions are still working.
Cruise control could be a vacuum issue or a faulty brake switch or clock spring (or the previously mentioned fuse).
Windshield wipers are most likely to be a fuse or switch.

With the key in the ON position, use a paper clip to jump pins A and E on the harness side of your NSS. Your reverse lights should illuminate. If they do, the problem lies with your NSS, if not, it's elsewhere.
