Default tj axles under an xj?

i found a killer deal on a d30 and a 8.8. only problem is they are set up for a tj. how much work is required to make them fit my xj? reason being well first the 8.8 and second there already geared with 4.56s so that would save me a step.

The front is a bolt in, the rear will need to have all of the brackets cut off and spring perches and shock mounts welded on. Don't forget to weld the tubes to the pumkin while you're at it.
