The noise has gone down since yesterday, and turning hasn't been much of a problem, I am just curious as to how you break one in.
With the rugged ridge setup there is a little play in the steering wheel before you start to turn the tires. Where the drag link connects to the tie rod it kinda rolls up or down. Not much of a problem it is just hard to center the steering wheel.

i run the same steering it is a improvement over stock by far they say 1 ton but the links have a stock taper and larger body so basically it is just a oversize stock end. i don't think they will break as easy as stock since they have a lot more material on them. when i get some money freed up i am going to get the re knuckle so i can do a real cross over steering
