It's an additive and you only need a quart of it though.

Shine a light in the filler hole yet?
Ok so now I've looked in there. Looks normal to me, oil nice and all... Anything in particular I should notice?

Nah. Somehow I didn't get notified of the previous post.

Is it black and sludgy or can you see the shiny metal of the rocker arms?

Not all that shining per se, but I changed my oil a few weeks ago so it's not black at all. Good healthy oil
I could see the arms down there, yes. All oily.

Oily but not black and sludgy with a film of crud on them, right?

No, nothing like that at all.

The Jeep hasn't ticked at all for 2 days now. Though short trips to work and back, but still.
Such a weird thing that Jeep of mine... Doesn't seem to be that serious since she runs just fine.
But I do want to know why she ticks all of a sudden!

Probably a sticky lifter. Did you say you just changed the oil?

Yes, a few weeks ago, maybe a month or so. Less than 2 months ago, that's for sure.

But with a sticky lifter, shouldn't it tick constantly?

Ok I see.
Is it urgent to fix, or can I keep driving til spring comes, in about 6 months?

So today after work, after i drove it a bit further, she started ticking! But very long between the ticks...
Sometime tick-tick and a 2-3 second pause, then tick and so forth..

Opened the driver door and it is clearly its coming from under the car... Sooo weird..

Well here she is, ticks like crazy today...

http://youtu.be/lauM87ymiGs

Very dark but at least you can hear it. Going under it in the end and then an old Danish lady for a neighbor came by...

What's your verdict?
