BG44K does, and very well.

Everyone will prolly jump on me for this but I aways thought gasoline did its job in keeping injectors clean.
I've had taken notice on nozzle conditions pretty impressive on high mileage engines. It's aways the intake and throttle body that's gets filled with crud since only air and crank ventilation is present.

Fuel additive injector cleaners normally work but they only clean obstruction caused by the fuel itself. they do not remove or dissolve particles that may have gone past the filter. Only reverse flow machines can do that.
I'd go for a big name brand. Seafoam as made a noticeable difference for me.

Freegdr is correct, also. NO SEAFOAM! Only BG 44K.

The European car manufacturers are now specifying 44K to clean the injectors and remove carbon deposits from the underside of the intake valves and combustion chambers. I've used it since the mid 80s.

I ran some through my tank recently, first time I've ever used any on a car. To be honest, I cannot tell if it did anything or not but I am just trying to catch up on what I assume is a car that has never had maintenance lol.

I've ran stuff to clean the valves to cure misfiring issues. For the 4.0 I used valve cleaner from dodge.
