Exhaust maybe hitting cross member?
You look under it to see if anything is touching?

Nothings hitting, I feel it when I take turns and go over bumps, when I turn it feels/sounds like the tcase is moving a little, I had to remove the whole crossmember because I had to drill out the studs, could it be the rubber bushing on the bottem of the tcase settling?

Someone told me that I may have to adjust my shifter linkage, cause that could be causing the problem. Anyone else have any thought on this?

Not very loud, I checked the exhuast and nothing is hitting. It is coming from directly under the shifter, and only ovr bumps and when turning corners at higher speeds again almost like the tcase is moving

How do I adjust it if it does turn out to be the shifter linkage?

Only a 1", I went back out and took a double look ar my exhuast, if I move it hard with my foot it sounds like its hitting something, but I need a friend to do it for me so I can sit inside my rig to see if its the same noise I am hearing
