are throttle body spacers worth buying? what did you notice when ya put one on? any gas increase or power?

I've heard only bad things...waste of money. Have you bored your throttle body yet? If not you would gain more performance that way.

how much do you bore these? i have the machines to do it,, what gains can i expect?

bored TB was worth the Money....the butterfly must also be machined to fit the larger bore to make it work right....it isnt as sime as slaping it on a layth and going to town.

X2 on the Leigh performance site. That's where I am gettng mine. I talked to the guy a couple times and he's really helpful. He will bore it to whatever you want and makes the new butterfly valve for it. And it's only like $100 after you send in your old TB as a core charge.

I don't think it changes the mpg, does it? It just changes the amount of air and rate the air is sucked through the intake into the manifold.
