The hardest part of the install is pulling the old ones since they have been in for a while and are a bit stuck in. Also, drain the fuel pressure from the rail unless you want your hands and engine blasted with pressurized gasoline.
lol thanx,i dont want to waste gas by gettin it all over me

It gets wasted anyway unless you want to save the tiny bit thats in the rail. You need to just push in the valve on the rail with a screwdriver until gas stops coming out (and after that, when you pull the injectors some will still spill out)

Don't smoke while changing them!

You could always prime the system a few times before starting. Turn the key to the on position, then off a couple times, that should build up pressure in the fuel system. A new pressure regulator wouldn't hurt either.

I just swapped in the yellow Ford injectors from a 89 Broncho with the 5.0 and it did start a little quicker. The one thing that I noticed on mine was that I had to "adjust" the fuel rail a touch to get a tight fit between the intake/injector/and fuel rail. Buy the new o-rings they are $3 at auto zone.
