lol not really,but i changed my oil and it starts better,i dont how how but it helped and i got a new fuel filter the next day and now it starts good enough for methe old dodges used to do this also it has some thing to do with fuel in the oil causing hard start probs

I did the neon 703 injector swap, and no more long starts (on a high output, Renix always long start)
This morning was the first time I started the Jeep since Saturday night, and it was 25 degrees outside. Started in like one second.

i plan on doin the injetor swap sometime soon,im not sure if i wanna do the neon or the for ones yet,but either way itll be better than stock
On a 91 though you will need to do some other mods to get a constant 49psi on the fuel rail. (probably new fuel pressure regulator)

Once my friend finishes cleaning them, I could sell you some 703's or you can get them from Programbo on this forum. Last week at the junkyard we decided to get a bunch (enough for four sets of six) to sell and make profit.

The hardest part of the install is pulling the old ones since they have been in for a while and are a bit stuck in. Also, drain the fuel pressure from the rail unless you want your hands and engine blasted with pressurized gasoline.
