Tailgate latch
I have a '95 XJ and have an alarm that I am planning to install. I currently have manual locks and will be adding power actuators to get keyless entry. I feel like this should be pretty straightforward. My question is regarding the tailgate lock/latch:
Is it possible to put a 'power trunk release' on the tailgate latch to hook up to the trunk release function on the alarm? Has anyone done this before?
