Default Sway bar axle bracket question

I just bought a 1995 Country and this is my first Jeep. I got a deal and have been replacing things from the steering gear to rod ends.
I was putting a sway bar bushing kit in and snapped the bolt that goes through the axle braket to the sway bar link arm. This bolt looks like a cap screw with the internal star head on it, I cant get this to move,is this bolt threaded into the axle bracket?
Thanks

It presses in, I used a pitman arm puller to push mine out after mine broke.

Thanks!
I stopped by local dealer before finding this site and they thought it was regular bolt but were not sure. Can I use a regular grade five to replace this or do I need to go back to the dealer for a replacement?

You could use a bolt in a pinch but over time I would think the threads are going to eat up your bushing. I'd replace it if I where going to continue running the stock swaybar links.

Look up the thread about makeing your own quick disconnect. Also if I replace any bolt on my cherokee it's always a grade 8 bolt, better safe than sorry.
