'00 and '95 compatible?? probably a lot of parts but not sure about everything like u-bolts, p arm, etc.... if you're just talking coils and leafs, why not... again u-bolt action may come into play

Yes we help if its a confusing question or a hard question, not something easy as this that a simple google search would answer(thats just annoying) learn to help yourself before trying to get easy answers on a silver platter.

Coils, leaf springs, shocks, steering, etc are universal between '86-01 Cherokees. Some companies list changes in '86 that prevent their products from being used on '84/85 models.
As Diesel said, Ubolts will depend on which axle you have, but they shouldn't be reused anyway.

Some people take themselves whey to serious. Most questions these days can be research on Google just like the forms sometime you get the answers looking for sometime you don't. If you don't like my questions you don't have respond. There's a lot of questions on here that I find simple or that can be answered on google but hey use all resources.
