Default this sucks

My engine revs up when im idling and vibrates a little, i just took it out on a trail run recently.
How do i make little white run smooth again?

Check your motor mounts and tranny mount. tranny mount sits on top of the cross member

also check your throttle cable. i know you said at idle, but that could be sticking a little.

Clean the TB and IAC. 90% of idle problems are related to those two things TB & IAC.
