Default Stretched front axle

Alright so today i installed new upper and lower adjustable control arms. I made the arms for a bigger lift (purposely) effectively pushing my axle forward.

can you see any negative side effects of doing this? i pushed it forward maybe 1.5"-2" I have enough room in my wheel wells. I am not worried about clearance Just wondering if there is anything i MIGHT need to worry about?

Btw. Both upper and lower are set for the same lift height calibration.

here is a picture of my sway bar links in comparison to a level.

explain please. lol

They are set up for a seven inch lift. Many people run an 8" lift with the stock front drive shaft.. considering i am only at 5" in the front i dont see there being a problem. however i dont wanna blow a DS...

Any contact with steering on anything at full turns? You might have your tierod contacting trackbar bolt or maybe swaybar link tabs.

What trackbar you running?

Just went out and checked. Everything clears with no issues.

I am running a no-name fixed trackbar for a 3" on a redrilled mount. I have no binding with it (it clearanced itself...) my next upgrade is going to be a Iron4x4 adjustable heavy duty one. But what i have now works fine.

And here is what i set my lowers at: 17 3/8"
and here is what i set my uppers at: 15 3/4"

I'm running a 4.5" and pushed my axle forward about 1.25". There is a rattle now and I swear it's the front DS being pulled out so much. Been wheeling it like that though, so far, no problems.

I stretched mine about 2.5" forward. I retubed my drive shaft because I was paranoid. works great though
