The clutch coil ground test never would settle. It just kept bouncing around a huge range of numbers, and the lowest it went was like 12.0.
The clutch resistance test gave me 6.6.

I don't know about those readings but I would want to use a quality Manual Ranging Digital Multimeter to do the tests. No 'beeps' involved.
Anyway, if your meter is correct, it looks like the coil is defective. Try a new one and see if it works. Test the new coil the way you did the one that's in there now before installing it. If you still have bad readings, get a different meter.
The Compressor Clutch ground readings are off but leave that until after you changed the coil.

Replacing the coil got it running, the the ac compressor won't kick on. It's probably low or out of freon but it won't even cycle. All fuses are good, inside and under hood.

I finally tried this test again and got .3-.2 on the first and 4.7-4.8 on the second. I think it's shot.
It's a long shot but the diode in the AC Compressor clutch may have crapped out and damaged the PCM when AC was selected.
Here's some pics that show the compressor clutch wiring and the diode, the method of testing the clutch ground, and the method of testing the clutch resistance.

Pic shows the resistance check on a bench. It can be checked like this when installed in the Jeep.

You might be able to check the diode with the resistance check set up but with the diode checker selected on your meter. I haven't tried this but I would think the meter reading should not show an open or full continuity.
