Stock Xj tow capacity?
What can i tow with my xj? Gvwr? tongue weight? i understand that depends on the hitch you get, but what were the specs released by dodge?

5000# with a class III hitch.
Tonque weight is 10% of total trailer weight.
Again, the hitch is the final determining factor.
A class II is maybe 3500#, could be less.

It depends on what hitch you have,class 1 is no more than 2,000,class 3 is no more than 5,000. Per owners manual.
tounge weight is class 1 300lbs class 3 is 750lbs
