still having trouble!!

Angry still having trouble!!

1990 4.0 manual trans. i have replaced the tps, set it , and reset the computer by disconecting the battery but it still does not run right. at start up it still gallops and doesnt reach idle but just stays golloping at around 4 to 500 rmp! if i get it to finnaly jump up and run for a while it does fine at highway speed but when i stop it just goes back to gollop mode!!! what should i try next???

i have cleaned mthe iac it was clean when i opend it but i did it anyway. i have checked for vacume leaks and have found nothing yet but i will keep looking. anything els???

i would have to agree about the vacuum leak, however finding it is the real problem
