Like the above statement Red & yellow= Power source, Black= Ground
As for speakers that all depends on the aftermarket harness when it comes to colors but they are labeled of which wire = which speaker... I normally run an amplifier with my speakers but on some occasions i rewire the speakers from the harness.. Larger gauge wires tends to help sound quality..
Anyways this would be a personal choice for you whether or not you want to do the work or hack the factory harness.. Its not difficult but sometimes a lil time consuming.. Overall time with patience and properly installed wires shouldnt take you more than an hour or two.

So for an update incase anyone else is having trouble. The wire i needed was the 12+ constent. Also in the wiring there are 8 wires. 2 per speaker you would think but thats not correct, the jeep has 6 speakers. 2 tweeters, door speakers and then the rear 2. the 2 front tweets and door speakers are on the same channel. so LF is = 2 LF speakers and so on. maybe i was a bit slow on figuring this out but lol
