Started today, ball joints on passanger side done. For some reason, when I put the passanger axle back in, it slides in fine and rotates fine but when I tighten the wheel bearing bolts it seems to bind up while trying to rotate it. I'm lost. I gotta figure this out because tomorrow is my last free day and I still have all of the tie rods to do...

Yes, everything appears fine. And I am reusing the old hub so that's not it. Something inside the axle... I took it out and made sure the seal didn't come loose, its still installed in its correct place

Just found out why. The new Moog lower ball joint comes with a 90* zierk fitting and it is too tall, come in contact with the axle. If you put the car on the ground and drive it, the fitting will snap off. Now I have to try removing the fitting with hardly any clearance and get a new one in there. If not, I have to press it back out. Grrrrrr

So everyone knows: if you are going to replace you lower ball joints with a Moog, do not use the supplied 90 degree grease fitting!!!! Do yourself a favor and swap it out with a standard 1/4"x28 grease fitting before you put it all back together!!
