My brakes have started to squeak and squeal under pressure. As I was inspecting it today I found that the lower bolt that secures the caliper on has been stripped out.
Is this common?
Can it be fixed?
I was thinking of a slightly larger bolt and a tap/die set might come in handy.
Or do I have to replace the knuckle?
Thanks.
