about 1 week ago my steering started to act funny, first off i have to drive with my wheel about 10-15 degrees to the right in order to drive straight, and it feels like the steering wheel wants to pull hard to the left, also when im driving really slow, like idle speed, and let go of the wheel it just turns and turns to the left, i haven't found a spot big enough to see how far it will turn before stopping.
please help me out, its really annoying and it seems like its getting worse the more i drive. This just happened out of the blue, i haven't gone off roading or anything in 2-3 months, so i know i didnt bang anything up on rocks, trees, etc.....
and sorry if there is another thread on this, i did search for a little bit, but i want to write this before i go to work.

tire's are what i checked first, they are fine, i was listening for noise coming from my breaks while driving today, i couldn't hear anything. after school i was checking to see if anything was bent/broken, and i didn't see anything that looked odd to me.

put front on jacks grab wheel top and bottom an see if it has play which would tend to be unit bering
grabbing wheel at 9 and 3 and shaking would point to tre or other steering component
hope that helps somehow

my cherokee is 96, and 2wd (idk if that matters). and ill try the tire wobble thing tomorrow after school.
also if it is the tires, because they are in need of replacement soon, do you think that swapping the front tires with each other would reverse the problem (like instead of pulling left it will pull right)??? because if it does turn out to be the tires i could just pick some new ones up this weekend.
^^sorry it i worded that funny
