Steering gearbox bolts
Same thing happened to me when I put my bumper on and I broke that cast steel spacer too so I hosed it down with blaster and used a pair of vise grips and then re spaced the steering box with washers

I threaded straight through my box when I stripped out a bolt. It extends probably an inch past the inside of the box. I used washers on the outside of the frame rail to get the threads right and a lock nut on the inside. Its held tight for over a year. Ghetto fab

Get an upgraded gearbox. I snapped all my bolts when putting on my bumper and just got a PSC. If yours is anything like mine, its a worn out pos. Get a new one and your xj will magically not wander side to side when you're going down the road

Naw it replaces that pos and makes it a four bolt and has a ton of surface area. Its a great brace and its super easy to install. I highly recommend it... also anything else from TNT customs, they make awesome stuff
