Default Starting issues

I have to turn my key of and on about seven times. Then crank it over and repeat this process twice sometimes three times. I have to do this every time I go to start my xj
Can any help me

When is the last time it got plugs, wires, cap and rotor?

I just got it two weeks ago i cleaned all my plugs an cap n rotor but I knw it need a tune up

Begin there.

Also, give it a good inspection underneath. Check all driveline fluid levels and condition.

Also today I noticed if she sits and runs at idle for a long period and I take of it sputters till I git the rims up but I believe that's the cap and rotor n plugs

Sounds like leaky fuel injectors or a bad fuel pump.
