Starter won't Cranck

Starter won't Cranck
Guys my starter was not cranking on hot or warm engine. Was cranking on cool engine.
Now it won't Cranck at all.
I switched the starter relay still no crank.
I did a Manual start and the starter crancked so it's not the starter it's self.
The small nut (8mm) at the starter was tested and there is no voltage reaching it in ignition and start Mode (the key).
What else should I check or do.
