Default Squealing like a stuck pig

I went wheeling yesterday and it was DEEP stuff. All was well until I got back onto the road to drive home and I heard it.. My serpentine is Squealing terribly. The faster the rpms, the faster the sqeal. Here's a pic of a nic I found on my serpentine. I don't think this would cause it though. Also how tight is it supposed to be? I can turn it a little past 90 degrees
One more thing, it stops if I spray water on it...haha

Yeah my voltage is great, always about 14-16
I got a new alternator 1 month ago so I doubt it's that
But i will check the pullys
Is the fan supposed to wiggle a bit? Cause it does on mine

Your supposed to have a seam, take a pressure washer to the pulleys while you have them off

With so many pieces of rubber missing on the belt it wouldn't surprise me that it is stretched which in turn cause your belt to slip and make it Squeal. I would replace the belt. And yes the belt is suppose to be really tight. Also once you do put the new belt and get it to stop making noise. You may have to re-tighten it in about a week or two once the belt stretches and breaks in.
